As a lifelong athlete, my interest lies in igniting passion and performance in others. As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, I’ve centred my expertise around educating active people about how to fuel their bodies with nutrient-dense whole foods, as close to nature as possible, to nourish the body, improve recovery time and achieve maximum performance.
That being said, you don’t need to be an “athlete” to work with me. You may be a fitness enthusiast wanting to fuel yourself for better workouts and more energy in general. Or perhaps you’re a seasoned endurance athlete looking to take it to the next level. Or you may be seeking nutritional advice to address a health concern. Regardless, I love to inspire people to achieve their goals and help them carve their path to get there. To me there is nothing more satisfying. I simply love what I do everyday.
Individual goals are just that – individual and unique. That's why my approach is very personal, customized and specific to your goals. My aim is to help you perform well, live well, age well and —regardless of your stage in life — introduce balance, radiance and vitality not only to your active lifestyle and sports pursuits but also to your day-to-day living.
I am a graduate of Queen's University and the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I'm a mother of two young active kids, a wife and the CEO of a busy household. Over the past several years I've played a high level of competitive tennis, I've run marathons, half-marathons and duathalons, and have embraced the benefits of yoga. Today I inspire and lead others as an indoor cycling coach at Vancouver's Method Indoor Cycling and I’m an endurance road cyclist and participate in a number of Granfondos annually as a member of the WowrideTag women’s race team.
